AI voice agency stack diagnostic quiz.
Ten questions. One honest answer. Tell us your client count, budget, and growth, and get the right voice AI stack recommendation — the platform, the plan, and the tools you actually need.
/ your recommended stack
Hermes Business is your fit.
Hermes Business
$399/mo
Based on your client count and where you want to be in a year, Business is the right tier. The Business plan covers 7 workspaces and 1,000 included minutes — the right size as you cross client #3. Overage runs $0.24/min on every plan, and your clients never see the word Hermes. The first agent is live in 72 hours.
/ what it replaces
- Retell / VAPI for the voice engine
- Stripe glue for per-client billing
- Twilio for telephony and numbers
- The developer who glues it all together
High — tool sprawl is already costing you
If you later decide you must own raw API keys, this is not your platform — we manage them for you on purpose.

how it works
How the quiz reads your stack.
Picking an AI voice agency stack is mostly a function of two things: how many clients you serve and how much glue you are willing to maintain. The quiz takes ten inputs and reduces them to a single recommendation built on two calculations. The first sizes the platform tier to your client count. The second scores how much your current tool sprawl is costing you, so you know whether to act now or wait.
Plan sizing uses the larger of your current and your twelve-month target client count, then maps it to Hermes tiers: Starter at $149 a month for one to three clients and 300 included minutes, Business at $399 for three to ten clients and 1,000 minutes, Agency at $699 for ten to twenty clients and 2,000 minutes, and Pro for anything past twenty. Sizing to where you are heading, not just where you are, keeps you from re-platforming in three months.
The consolidation score weighs the signals that predict pain: a stitched stack or a wrapper, high monthly spend, little engineering capacity, a need for full white-label, a need for live per-client billing, and fast growth. Each pushes the score up. Above 70 means the duct tape is already taxing you and a single platform pays back quickly. Below 40 means your setup is still simple enough that adding a platform may be early.
Two answers override everything. If you require bringing your own API keys, the quiz routes you to Retell or VAPI directly — Hermes manages keys for you by design and is the wrong fit for a BYOK mandate. And if you have no clients, no plan to add them, and slow growth, it tells you to sell one engagement before buying any infrastructure. The honest call is worth more than the sale.
