Where Insighto wins

Insighto's strongest case is multi-channel: if your client wants a web chat widget and a phone agent from the same platform and same knowledge base, Insighto delivers that in one configuration. The chat widget is polished, the knowledge base sync across channels is solid, and for a client whose primary channel is chat with voice as a secondary, Insighto can reduce the toolset from two vendors to one. The agency partner program also provides a real (if thin) white-label experience that Trillet simply does not offer.
